The introductory cinematic to Epic Mickey, the upcoming Wii title staring the world's most iconic cartoon mouse, debuted at Gamescom in Cologne, Germany, and from the looks of it the title could easily live up to it's name. The adventure platformer, developed by Junction Studios, is a throwback to all things Disney from an era that your grandparents can only vaguely recall. Mickey, armed with paint and paint thinner of all weapons, must traverse "the Wasteland" of forgotten or rejected cartoon characters and worlds and complete various missions inspired by the Disney animation of yesteryear.
